Installation DRAGOmodbus
The installer for DRAGOmodbus guides you through the installation. It will create an icon on your desktop, which you can use to start DRAGOmodbus. No additional DLLs are installed. The USB drivers will be installed as well, if desired.
You do not need administrator rights to run the program.
Installation USB driver
The DRAGOmodbus installer can also install the USB driver for the interface cable DZU 1201.
When you connect the interface cable to your Windows PC for the first time, Windows may ask for a USB driver. To install the driver, you must have administration rights or contact your system administrator.
- Download the drivers
- Unpacking the ZIP
- Start EXE file
- Allow installation with [Yes].
- Follow the installation dialog
- Leave checkbox at "Start Driver Install"
- Click [Finish]
- The driver is now installed.
After plugging into a USB interface, the interface cable is integrated into Windows. At the end of the installation the assigned COM port is displayed. This COM port is restored each time you plug the interface cable back into the same USB port.
